Shipping Information

Overview

Orders are dispatched from one of two warehouses depending on stock and your delivery destination. We use established couriers and offer free shipping above a minimum order value — currently from £0 (inc. VAT). Orders placed before our daily cutoff usually dispatch the same working day.

• Germany (DE)
• Netherlands (NL)
• Ireland (IE)

Delivery options

The UN3481 / UN3480columns are the IATA dangerous-goods categories for lithium-ion shipments — hover the column header for the full description, or see “Dangerous goods” below.

Dispatch cutoff times

Orders placed and paid for before the carrier’s cutoff time on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders after the cutoff, or on weekends and public holidays, dispatch the next working day.

• DPD: dispatch cutoff 18:00 local time.
• Royal Mail: dispatch cutoff 16:00 local time.
• DHL (United warehouse): dispatch cutoff 16:00 local time.
• UPS (Netherlands warehouse): dispatch cutoff 15:00 local time.
• DHL (Netherlands warehouse): dispatch cutoff 13:00 local time.

Free shipping

Free shipping applies on qualifying carriers for orders over £0 (inc. VAT). The free-shipping option appears at checkout once your basket exceeds the threshold and the chosen carrier supports it. Some specialist services (e.g. hazmat-rated, oversized) may not qualify.

Dangerous goods (batteries, lithium cells)

Many of our products contain or are accompanied by lithium-ion cells. Couriers regulate these under IATA dangerous-goods rules and we route orders through carriers approved to ship the specific category of goods involved. Three categories are tracked, identified by their UN number and IATA Packing Instruction (PI) code:

• UN3481 / PI967 — Lithium-ion batteries contained in equipment. e.g. a battery already installed inside a device.
• UN3481 / PI966 — Lithium-ion batteries packed with equipment. e.g. a phone shipped with a spare battery in the same parcel.
• UN3480 / PI965 — Lithium-ion cells / batteries shipped loose (bulk, <30% SoC). Battery cells shipped on their own.

During checkout the storefront automatically filters delivery options to those approved for the dangerous-goods category of your basket. Some destinations may have fewer carrier options available for loose batteries — if no method is available we’ll show that on the delivery step before payment.

Tracking

You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your parcel ships. You can also see live order + delivery status in your account dashboard.
